Viewing HubSpot sales notifications in your activity feed provides valuable insights about your lead’s buyer’s journey. Your feed provides real-time alerts when a lead revisits your site, opens or clicks within a tracked email, views a shared document, or books a meeting. These notifications in your HubSpot activity feed help you determine the best steps toward converting leads into prospects, and prospects into sales!
ACCESSING REAL-TIME SALES NOTIFICATIONS IN HUBSPOT ACTIVITY FEED
Real-time notifications require Google Chrome and either the HubSpot Sales Extension or the HubSpot Sales for Windows Tray App.
- HubSpot Sales Extension for Chrome: Chrome browser users will receive notifications in the upper-right corner of the browser screen. Users can silence notifications by clicking the HubSpot sprocket icon [INSERT IMAGE OF HUBSPOT ICON?], the gear icon, and then the toggle switch (no checkmark indicates notifications are “off”).
- HubSpot Sales for Windows Tray App: Users will see real-time notifications in the lower right corner of their PC. If you wish to disable/discontinue real-time notifications, click the “HubSpot sprocket icon” and then click “Pause notifications.”
The activity feed in desktop and mobile HubSpot applications provides a view of recent activities grouped by account. Note: the activities view will correspond to the account being used. Activity types you can view include the following.
