Google announced the addition of the "Goals" feature to its Google Calendar application in April. The feature lets you set clearly defined goals (e.g., "practice speaking French three times per week") and then Google Calendar automatically schedules those goals based on when you have open slots in your calendar. If you plan a meeting for the same timeslot you have a goal set, Google will automatically reschedule the goal for you.
